Sometimes Companions Don't Pick Energy/Health Orbs When Running Mesa and Dispensary

I started to notice this after Sevagoth prime release, I've a Mesa build with dispensary that I mainly use in SP Defense solo and recently every now and then I notice that I run out of energy even tho there are energy and health orbs really close to my character but they're not picked up, I've to walk on top of them and wait like I don't have fetch/vacuum. It also happened with Diriga and I'm not 100% but with kavats too.

I managed to capture it in video today, after the mission is completed I show that I've vacuum installed.

if stay too long in one place without moving out of radius you get considered afk and won't be able to pick up any pickups till few seconds of moving character
