Wrathful advance and semi-pistol cannonade on kitguns

This is a twofold issue I’ve come across.

 

Wrathful advance will either not work at all as it says target obstructed even though it has clear line of sight or if subsumed will teleport over and above enemies entirely missing them. This happens very consistently with the murmur but also happens with other mobs. This happens semi-consistently with Kullervo but very consistently happens when subsumed on other frames such as Nezha when using in conjunction with divine retribution.
 

 

The second issue is Semi-pistol cannonade will not equip on kit guns. When going into the mod screen you can instal but when you exit and come back into the Arsenal screen the mod magically uninstalls itself. This has happened every time I’ve tried to install the mod.
