LOGIN FAILED, CHECK YOUR INFO

To start, I took a break from the game and when I came back I forgot my log in, tried my top 3 passwords before it prompted me for a code from me email, which immediately logged me in without the option to reset my password. I go to log in a few hours later and it didn’t prompt me for the code so I just reset my password. I attempt to log in and it says “Login failed, check your info” I tried a lot after this thinking I was typing it in wrong or had caps lock on. I log in to the website from the browser and it works fine and I login on my phone and it works fine. The only thing that’s failing the log in is the actual application on my laptop. I read some stuff online about it but couldn’t come to a viable solution. Does Warframe really flag my IP after a few failed login attempts? Any reasonable solutions or ways I could fix this? Is there a wait timer, and if so why doesn’t it tell me how long I need to wait?
