QTE key to hold/tap doesn't match

When the game requires me to tap/hold any key, if I happened to have rebound the action, the key requested to use doesn't match the new one. For example when I got asked to hold "A" in the Lotus Eaters quest I had to actually hold "Mouse Button 5", which in my binds is for melee attack, I believe it was at the beginning bound to "A".
