Constitution in the Exilus Slot

I recently replaced my Octavia's 2 with decoy, to mess around with, and placed it on my CONFIG B. On my original build I have Conductor(her 2 augment) in my exilus and when I used the duplicate configs function the game just placed Constitution in my exilus slot. If you have enough capacity to fit the Constitution it actually applies the stats, otherwise it does nothing.
