Revenant Mephisto skin

The Mephisto skin for Revenant has a region which does not receive colors when changing color regions. It is not highlighted when hovering over each region, and this is accurate as it does not change along with any of the color regions. I am assuming this is a bug, because it is the entire front part of his shawl that is not changing. It remains blue, the default color of his secondary color region, and the effects on the base of it also remain purple, the default color of his emissive. This is very jarring, and makes matching colors difficult.
