Accessibility options for hard of hearing players

I would like to recommend some form of visual sound effects feature like fortnite has, even if only for caches in sabotage missions. Even cranking up sound effects volume and muting everything else isn't enough for me to consistently hear them without standing right next to them. It's especially frustrating, since it's the only way to get High Voltage and Shell Shock and I feel as though I'm being punished for having hearing issues. Really any form of indicator other than purely sound or memorizing spawn locations would be amazing.
