Not displaying the platinum price tags for unowned warframes and weapons in the arsenal

Seeing platinum price tags has probably made many new players believe that spending real world currency is the only way to get these items. Especially considering that other free games are guilty of this.

I think something like an 'information icon' might be a better replacement to encourage new players to click on frames and weapons so they can see that there is also the blueprint and information on how to grind for that item.
