konran Posted 10 hours ago Share Posted 10 hours ago Steam seems not to debit accounts, at least I was not debited after purchasing the bundles, Koumei and Nova+Volt Skins and yet I got it in-game. So I allow myself to warn you of the existence of this bug. PS: how will this happen in my case? Will I be debited after or have a backup of my account before my purchase?
