Keep disconnecting from team/cant connect to one

Last month im having issues with my connection with the game. Whenever i try to join a game, the counter gets stuck on a random number on the countdown or i will simply join nothing. Even when i join a party, i risk losing connection to the party when a mission is started. i have 0 issues outside missions, going to dojo's or any of the locations like cetus or fortuna. Lately i also started receiving the message that the party is full, which is odd to have the game search for a party while i can't even join it
