Heat damage blessing breaks a lot of elemental builds using single base elements

Playing the new gamemode is amazing, however, receiving the heat damage bonus ends up being a negative blessing when you un builds using single base elements, like corro cold guns, or pure electricity influence melee builds. it's an issue that has been ongoing with warframe augments giving elemental bonus to allies, but with it being aprt of a brand new and fun gamemode, it just makes the problem ever more apearant. this also encourage reverting back to viral/heat setups, since they are the one build that are almost never negatively affected by those buff, while the others are punished for those.

if that elemental bonus could simply be a flat external one like some decrees are providing, it would solve a lot of involutary griefing and actually make those buffs desireable
