Panzer Vulpaphyla no longer spawn in the wild after update

I was farming for Tag in Deimos to trade for new Beast mods and all I am missing is 3 Panzer Vulpaphyla Tag.
I got close to 20 Crescent Vulpaphyla in a row WITH 20 pheromones bought from Son. Is this normal ?

This is after a mission where I spend 10 Vulpaphyla pheromone glands . Every other animal's spawn rate with pheromone is normal.

If you're getting Crescent you're in the wrong phase. I got a dozen of panzer earlier, they spawn during Fass, Crescent spawns during Vome.

I had a similar issue with the bird thing. I was getting common or rare, and never uncommon making me think it was bugged. Gotta pay attention to the cycles as several of the wildlife in Deimos are specific to one or the other, and I had forgotten those details since I don't bother with that area much.
