relic buff related animation bug

I was cracking relics in an exterminate mission on Ceres and twice in three missions I gut the same bug. When the relic was cracked and the relic buff activated, a model (or two) of my Saryn Prime was displayed above my actual character for the buff's duration, blocking my reticle quite badly. I am playing on PC and EU servers.
