Warframe idea - Lycan - The first Lycanthrope

 

Health: 1000 (2000 at rank 30)
Shields: 0 (0 at rank 30)
Energy: 300 (400 at rank 30)
Armor: 400

 

A lot of the stat numbers here are mainly placeholders. 

Lycans Claws are a built-in melee like Garuda's claws. However, they use a unique attack chain.

Primarily a slash weapon

2.5% impact, 2.5% puncture, 95% slash.

1 attacks a second

33% crit chance

2.2x crit damage

33% status chance

 

Passive - Bloodlust

As Lycan kills enemies with his claws and abilities he grows stronger and gains a multitude of additive buffs that apply to his melee weapon

Stacks : 250x

Buffs (per stack) (additive) - 1% attack speed per stack, 0.5% damage per stack, .75% crit damage, .50% Crit chance, and .75% status chance

 


Ability 1 - Savage slashes (Savagery)

Savage slashes

Savage Slashes
Lycan slashes outward twice with his claws sending out slashes a set distance inflicting enemies with the statuses modded onto his claws and slash.
(This ability can crit)

- 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m range

- 1000, 2500, 3000, 5000 slash damage

- cost 25 energy


Savagery

Lycan imbeds his claws with destructive force, all attacks with his claws do random statuses.

- Range - 7.5m at all ranks

- cost - 2.5 energy a second

- 2 random statuses per hit

 

 

Ability 2 Moon shadows (Field of shadows)


Moon shadows 

Lycan creates shadow clones of himself that follow him and replicate his attacks and abilities on nearby enemies with reduced effects

- 50% effectiveness at all ranks 

- costs 50 energy

- 30 second duration at all ranks.


Field of shadows 
Lycan is enshrouded in shadows that spill into the world around him making them vulnerable to all damage, all attacks he does are dealt to all enemies within the field at a reduced effect

- 50% effectiveness at all ranks (Strength scaling)

- 100% damage vulnerability at all ranks (Strength scaling)

- costs 5 energy per second

 

 

Ability 3 Seething Howl (Brutalize)

 

Seething Howl

Lycan howls striking fear into the enemies stripping them of their armor

- 50% armor strip at max rank (Scales with strength)

- 20m radius around Lycan

- 15 second duration armor strip


Brutalize

Lycan creates an area around him marked for death, any enemy in this area is attacked by Lycans shadows as they dash throughout the zone dealing damage to the enemies trapped within. If field of shadows is active the damage done to the enemies is done to all enemies nearby. If savagery is active enemies have 2 random statuses applied to them per hit, if both are active both effects apply.

- 20m radius (Scales with range)

- 5 shadows

- 20% max health as damage

- duration 30 seconds

- 5m radius( On Aoe attacks) (Scales with range)
 

 

Lycanthrope

- Lycan descends into madness as lycanthropy consumes him, sending him into a frenzy locking him to only the use of his claws and changing his abilities to Savagery, Field of Shadows, and Brutalize. When lycanthropy is consuming Lycan gains Over guard on status effect, increased damage, and energy per kill and status effect inflicted.

- 100 overguard per status inflicted up to 10k (Scales with strength)

- 150% increased status damage and 50% increased movement speed and parkour velocity

- 5 energy per kill 

- 1 energy per status inflicted 

- costs 1 passive stack per second cannot be activated until passive stacks reach 100. every 3 Kills with Lycanthrope active refreshes 1 passive stack.
