Coolant leak mod have problems or bugs, permanent smoke that never go away.

Bug 1: (100% chance at correct timings)
1. Compantion have coolant leak mod equipped.
2. Start simulacrum from Relay.
3. Spawn enemies, and pause AI.
4. Friendly Fire on.
5. Go to enemy, then use transference to operator.
6. When companion activates Coolant Leak mod, quickly destroy companion.
Result: If done at the right timing, can always leave behind permanent smoke.

Bug 2: (About 20% chance)
1. Compantion have coolant leak mod equipped.
2. Go to enemy.
3. Wait 1 minute, do not move, do not shoot.
Result: After 1 minute, companion stopped attacking, and have about 20% chance to leave behind permanent smoke.
