Let Alliance members contribute and "buy" from other clans in the Alliance

Alliances are dead nowadays, so why not let other Alliance players help and buy that research from other clan in the alliance. The Vendor Clan could tax  so that buying from the clan is expensivier than the one researched on their own clan, or it could not have tax at all. This is so, if one want to make their own dojo and edit it, they can, while not needing to join a big clan where they wouldn't customize, but being able to rejoice on the advantages of being in that alliance.
