Beelzeboul Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 seems like you can build a weapon or warframe and level it to 30 before you will get a blueprint to upgrade it think it should be a little easier like maybe having bosses drop them at the end of a system not every system but one or two I dont like the fact that I can build 5-8 weapons before I can upgrade my first one or 2-3 warframes before upgrading one seems a little extensive its getting to the point where I dont even play because all my stuff is capped out unti I get a reactor from a dailey reward...
