chimp77 Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Puncture is not designed to make armor irrelevant, it is designed to be advantageous against armored enemies (which it is). Yes, enemies get stronger while your weapon deals the same amount of damage; that's the whole point of scaling difficulty. No, i'm quite content with it actually.
