AXCrusnik
I've been using it against Grineer and it honestly feels like only the charge attack ignores armor. I barely put a dent on them when using normal attacks.
Namacyst
ALL charge attacks ignore armor.. regardless of weapon used.
Zonzai
So I picked up a level 0 Skana and ran Captain Vor. Then I did the same with my level 0 Skana Prime. The Skana hit Vor for 16 (regular) and 75 (charged). The Skana Prime hit Vor for 23 and 86. Against normal grineer they hit for 8 and 12 on regular hits (respectively) and 23 and 25 charged. So the answer seems to be no. I will have to level them both up a bit I think to be be certain. Edited March 16, 2013 by Zonzai
