did u guy same situation with me? was heading CICERO CRISIS do Lapis run...when the mob spawn...FPS straight down to 10-13...no matter Display setting it low or high...what's going on!?

Yeah the FPS drops substantially because of all the enemies on the map at once, they throw a lot at you in a short amount of time they spawn in almost immediately and well yeah then that happens.

I did it with a dual core i3 and a HD 4670m... (With 256mb of dedicated memory).

Therefore your statement is invalid, not all dual cores and lower end graphics just simply can't run it.

 

I never experienced drops below 30fps.

i did not even say i3 dual core.

the old pentium dualcores that has 1.5ghz to 2.00. because i have an icafe and got alot of stock units.

and i said running this cicero event (filling the machine to 100%) , not running the game itself, sure you can run the game with a dualcore but not on this type of event. weabo.

If you meant pentium dual core then you should have specified that. I said my i3 dual core, which is in fact a dual core processor.

Huge fps drops to low 30's when hosting the event mission, and I don't even have half of what the guy above has...

 

No significant ressource peaks though: CPU and GPU never at full capacity

This is a threading issue I think. Warframe doesn't use all the cores to render and mostly only 1 core is used. As far as I'm aware, this is an ongoing project to use up more cores so you might have to chill for a while.
