I am encountering some frame drops upon the skills of Frost and Ember (snow globe and ... don't know the other skill honestly). The particels in that snow globe for example, causing some frame drops on my laptop, 10-15FPS are dropping while aiming/viewing to that area buff. I am running that game on a i7 2.0GHz, 8GB RAM, nVIDIA 460M GTX. The game runs smoothly at 120FPS+ with anything maxed incl. FXAA of nVIDIA Panel. About drivers - they are always up to day, since I am using some self made scripts which forces version check, downloading from the server and updating immediately. asiveni Posted December 25, 2013 Share Posted December 25, 2013 Ever since update 11 lag has increased in game for some reason so your rig is fine( would kill for 8 GB of ram, is your system rigged up or did you buy it?) hopefully update 12 will solve this. Pacheon Posted December 25, 2013 Author Share Posted December 25, 2013 (edited) It was a standard 8GB. I am planning on increasing it to 16GB, where 32GB is also possible, though. The purpose would be - server hosting. I have a MMORPG on what I am working atm. And yes, somehow any kind of lag increased, but the most noticable for me is just the forst's and ember's buff. Edit: Found out that, infested level's particels (on these "plants" and "boilers") are causing as well a great amount of lag.
