Flash Light Makes My Low Performance Pc Stutters

my pc stutters during infested missions. (yes, with flash light turned on)

frame per seconds can be drastically falls down from 50-60ish to 30-ish especially on grineer galeon tileset & corpus spaceship tileset. 

i am using the lowest resolution available and turned every effects off.

i wish at least DE make flashlight can be turned on or off.

also you do realize that the more enemy's that spawn the more your performance dips , around 20-30% of the performance can be up to the host as he takes a little weight of you from rendering and Clancy etc

yeah i realized it. all i wish is ability to turn on or off the flash light, that is all.
