I also get few sentinel mods (are they precepts) and fusion cores but never shield capacity mods, the only mod I got that is related with shields are Shield regeneration mods... I farmed on Io for few hours or more, didn't get a single shield capacity mod... Really this is &!$$ing me off. I never say those kind of words but really, it's real.
