I know it says that power does not affect the ability in any way but when I run overextend I feel like I take more damage. I am confused, maybe it's me just seeing things wrong. I was seeing an increase in damage against infested, do they somewhat ignore my damage reduction for Link? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Could be a coincidence because of an enemy using a certain damage type that is more effective against shields. Also, this logic would suggest that Link can reach damage reduction of up to 100%, or at least 99%. I don't see anybody reporting this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Trainer772 Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 A simple test would be for you to use Link with Focus. If power strength affected damage intake, you would be almost invincible.
