To the point - Are there any cookie cutter heavy weapon (ie Galatine) mod builds lying around?
Back then, there were no real differences in melee builds aside from maybe one mod because there were no real alternatives. Damage 2.0 seems to have remedied this a bit, but that still doesn't technically mean that there is no optimized framework of mods and you swap out what you need for each faction, right?
All neutrally support damage, anything else that I may be missing from this? Or are the last two respective to the faction you'll face? The elements are also not standardized yet, seeing as Molten is 15%/lv, Northwind is 10, and Touch is 5. Odd.

Fury
Focus Energy
Killing Blow
Reach
Rending Strike
Spoiled Strike
