[Mod Suggestion] Leech.

On hit; leeches 1/2/3 health from an enemy. (Cannot occur more than once every second?).

 

A mod suited for fast paced (Squishy) melee attackers like void for instance :).

 

It could be a bit Op on rhino, but really fun to use with a chop chop build ^^

I like it, I always thought a vampiric mod would be a cool one, especially if you're running solo, in a non-healer frame, without rejuvenation. long runs take their toll

Sounds reasonable enough, you can only have as much health as your health capacity so I wouldn't really call it OP since we have equilibrium, quick thinking and rage already. I thinks it's a cool concept and further promotes melee.
