[Warframe Concept] Deadlock

Deadlock is a marksman base type warframe. Deadlock is an assault Warframe with great offensive skills and supportive skills, allowing to turn the tide of the battlefield.
Lore

Back in the war, the Deadlock were super solider meant only to be use during tough situation. The time have come for them to finally step onto the battlefield, to fight for the Lotus in this new age of war. Deadlock is frighteningly adept with firearms, dispatching enemy from a distance.



STATS

Level 1/Level 30
Health: 150/450
Shield: 150/450
Armor: 175
Power: 100/150



Abilities
 

Charge Shot - 25 energy

By gathering energy equal as 100 bullets, he then fire single lance of energy, which instantly burns the target's flesh, leaving them a charred skeleton and even causing penetration which allow to hit enemy behind the target . Dealing 150/200/250/300 damage, with a status chance of 20%/30%/40%/50%. 50% are puncture damage, 50% are fire damage.

 

Fired - Up - 50 energy

Buff your team firearms fire rate and damage by 15%/20%/25%/30% for 3/5/7/10 seconds



Bullet Absorber - 75 energy

Reduces damage done to Deadlock by 50 / 60 / 70 / 75 percent and absorb all the bullets that hit you, refilling your ammo. If ammo is full, all excess bullet will be stored and convert into blast AoE damage. Damage depends on how much bullet is absorb, does not include melee damage and range of detonation is 6/9/12/15 meter in-game. Last for 3/5/7/10 seconds.



Juggernaut - 100 energy

Allow Deadlock to dual wield his primary and secondary weapon together. Last for 15/20/25/30 seconds



 

Alternative Abilities

Cluster grenade - 25 energy

Throws a grenade which cause 100/150/200/250 blast damage, then split into 2/3/4/5 grenades which cause 25/50/75/100 blast damage.

 

Energy weapon construction  - 100 energy

Create an energy minigun which have fire rate of 15 rounds/sec, causing 15 damage per bullet( 5 impact, 5 punture, 5 slash), with chances of 10%/15%/20%/25% to apply random element damage, lasting for 15/20/25/30 second.

The concept of the frame is pretty great, I'd love to pull out two guns and unload on some grineer, but as everyone else said, this could (and knowing the internet, will) be abused. There is also the slight issue with dual secondaries, bows, and weapons with absolutely massive fire rate. This could all be balanced with a reduction in accuracy based on weapon but a reduction value would have to be set. As for the duration of juggernaut (which is where this concept gets the most hate) you could halve it or maybe reduce the cap to a 20 seconds, its not exactly hysteria where you have a limited range, you have two guns and can definitely do much more damage than almost any other ultimate ability with a 30 second cap ( and this isn't even considering continuity and other duration mods). This is all in all a good and fun concept. It just needs a bit of polishing up.
