Mods Not Added To Inventory After Solo Mission Completion

I just did a solo mode boss run. Killed boss, completed mission successfully, and the reward screen at the end listed the mods I had collected. When I checked my mod inventory afterward, sorted to show most recent first, the new mods were not there. Sorted by name and they were not there.

The mission was Mercury - Tolstoj.

The mods were:

Redirection (warframe, not sentinel)

Focus

Speed Trigger

1x Fusion Core (maybe 2, but think it was 1. Unsure of rarity/rank)

I am not sure if the credits or cronus blueprint got awarded or not as I didn't check my count for either beforehand.

Have you looked carefully? Sometimes you just need to look harder, other than that write a support ticket.

To update, the mods showed up after I ran another mission. Guess they were shipped to me via standard ground instead of priority mail.

But yes, I looked carefully, even switching between sorting methods in the hopes it would update the list. They definitely weren't there at first.

How do you submit a ticket? I couldn't find an option ingame.

Ah, just noticed step 4 in the bug reporting how-to (although the page it links to is down right now so I can't poke around). Skipped over it before because I thought it was only for crash reports. That's what I get for skimming instead of reading. Whoops!

Sometimes they are added way later - I thought I lost mine, and after few games they were back.
