Couple things.

1. So something I miss from the old mod system is Mods that have multiple effects. I would love to see this come back. Something like maybe putting power damage and range together. But in that case, instead of taking 50% of the effect from each of those mods when by themselves, it would only be like 40%, as a trade off for having both effects in one mod.

2. A mod that reduces damage to shields in the way armor reduces damage to health. (If I understand that properly)
