Watching the "duststorms" make the cloth flow in the wind. I can only wish T_T (This is what I really meant by adding Scarves/Cloths to Warframe......) But on the Warframe..well wrapped around the Warframe. Edit: Now that I think about it...the easiest and fastest way..is to basically edit the entire Warframe model instead of adding a separate object to the model...... Like if the image in the OP was a 3-d model.....it would just be legs arms head and the body would just be that cloak..
