Skepsis
They fixed the Frame Rate to fire mode bug a while back, but then it got reverted. So I don't know when they'll get around to fixing it again.

Volt_Cruelerz
Burst weapons were always affected by the semi-auto bug. See here. I did my testing with the Burston. Edited February 17, 2014 by Volt_Cruelerz
leonvision
and DE at a livestream(quite a long time ago) even said they KNEW HOW to fix it, so apparently they think it's not a high priority bug that needs fixed.
Liverslices
Burst weapons are affected by the frame rate similarly to how the semi-auto weapons used to be Yes this does happen, but there are things you can do to avoid it: -Begin by checking to make sure your computer isnt in powersaver mode. This lowers your FPS by a massive amount -Make sure that you have "Multi Thread Rendering" turned ont. This can be found in the settings window in the Warframe Launcher -Lower your graphics settings. Start with reflections and shadows, and then whichever you dont need or want. Hope this helps!
