Mods (Bonus With Drain)

These mods would have a good bonus, but would have some sort of bleed or cripple effect

 

*Crippling Speed: +Sprint speed; increased stamina consumption while sprinting (a good bit so its a fair trade off, also encourage stamina mods)

 

*Vile Health: + Health increased; Health pick ups restore less health (or maybe a bleed effect, something of the sort)

 

*Overcharged: +Shield capacity; longer (or slower) shield recharge

I think Crippling Speed should replace rush just because rush adds speed but has no drawbacks at all! DE isn't that very good at balance of mods :/ But then again putting in stamina just takes up more mod slots

I don't know if you noticed, but the vast majority of mods don't have any drawbacks.
