I haven't had any problems with mine; in fact I've seen quite a few multishot-critical-headshots. Utterly unecessary, but funny as hell to watch a grineer lancer take 1900 damage to the eye. And now we see why pistol mods are OP xD :P Got a Lex with 70% multishot, 30% ammo added to each clip, elec, fire, and armour-piercing damage, straight-up damage mods.
