In SubSpace & Infantry (you can ask Dean) they've fixed this issue by indicating on radar enemies with red, yourself as yellow and allies as blue (instead of green). This worked fantastically, according to affected persons. I suggest a similar venue in any case whereas green/red sensitivity may become an issue.
