New Weapon Idea: The Impetus, The Kinetic Shotgun.

The Impetus(Latin for 'Force') is a energy shotgun that fires a raw cone of kinetic energy. Has 100% impact damage a has a innate chance to knock down your enemies. Also it does not have projectiles, it works similar to Mags pull, in the sense that only effects enemies within sight and range. For having devastating damage it sacrifices its fire rate greatly, best way to describe it is "Hits like a freaking Truck! Once a week...".

Got my inspiration from a weapon in Jax and Daxter called the Scattergun.
