Hayden Tenno was infected infected don't die plus he had a different type of technocyte virus the Orokin use Excalibur Proto theme to make their own Excalibur I'm guessing or Excalibur Prime who ever came first. The Orokin Lotus seen today in Warframe was The Agency Hayden Tenno worked for organisation symbol was the Lotus same symbol on her helmet connected. It don't matter how much time has passed It's connected but unknown how DE is not done with the storyline so we have to wait & watch. Excalibur was first. Yes. Don't get your hopes up though. A long while back it was mentioned on a Livestream that yeah, it isn't unreasonable to imagine to yourself the two games happen in the same universe. But what you need to understand is that a ludicrous amount of time would have passed. Far too much for the connection to be direct. So much that the name and significance of anything from the Dark Sector story would have long ago eroded away into nothingness. Consider Warframe the spiritual successor to Dark Sector. Even if they are linked, as [DE]Chocoboat said, the timeline separates them by too huge a gap for the events in Dark Sector to have any impact on Warframe.
