Why not make the (or a) Sentinel to assist with melee as well as Parkour interaction with your warframe. For Melee, combo attacks could be equipped to scale up damage. For Parkour, the thing already flies so why not let it give you a "helping hand". Instead of just aesthetics upgrades there could be functional attachments as well to make them truly more customizable/focused. For example a handle could be attached to allow for lifts. A melee attachment could be added to spin up at a high rate of speed like a fan shield that slashes anything that gets near. I'm sure a lot of great ideas could come from this concept.
