Explaining The Mod System To New Players

After being on the Region chat for a bit and answering questions related to the mod system, I decided to make a video about the system. Not entirely sure if I covered everything (Seeing as this was completely unscripted), but I think I got the major points across. I hope this might help new players - Or anyone who has questions regarding the mod system in general.
