Serious Bugs In Invasion Missions Against Corpus

I ran an invasion mission in Uranus today for the Grineer and had some really annoying problems.

 

First of all, even though I was currently friendly with the Grineer I still kept getting flashbombed by those stupid broken light traps while on the Grineer ship at the beginning.

 

Then, after I hopped the pod over to the Corpus ship, the Corpus ship had Broken Light Flashbombs too! Were the Corpus attacking the Grineer to steal their flashbomb technology or what?

 

Then after I finished the mission, even though I'd fought FOR the Grineer, I get a mail from Vay Hek telling me I'd pay for interfering with them. Uh... What?
