ArcSynder
Sitting at ~700 alloy and will probably hit rank 4 this weekend. How are these two guns after update 7? Would the Hek still be a significant upgrade over my maxed out strun?
NumberFiveee
Duuuuuuuuude i'm just gonna say, HEK IS AWESOME..
novac3721
Well, my boltor has served me very well, shreds everything even up to Ceres. Then again, I've seen teamates with the Hek one-shot everything up to the same level, so the Hek is likely the better of the 2.
Carillon
does the strun have a polarized mod slot? the hek doesn't. but it does shoot faster, and has a tighter spread. more DPS in exchange for a smaller clip. boltor really can't hold a candle to hek it terms of damage, since not only is it's baseline dps lower but rifle mods are significantly weaker than shotguns as well, but the high stagger rate of it's bolts is occasionly useful. (also, boltor has a D polarity slot, good for freeze damage)
Hammerspace
The Strun has one horizontal line.

(if you have the slots)
Dwei-
Why not both?
Foxxar
Depends on the WF I guess. I prefer lighter frames so I don't wanna charge in so I chose the Boltor. Its been amazing. Shreds Grineer like paper. If you're running a Rhino or Frost then I would say Hek.
