I read into and immediately max and equip it. but I must say I am quite very disappointed with; it reflected barely and damage and some times none at all. So I am proposing a buff, because I see great potential in this mod but I could easily go too far. I say It need to reflect more damage, when I was reflecting I was getting no more than 15's when reflecting against top tier enemies. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
