Boss Nodes And Invasion Idea

I happened to be looking the farm for boss fight to pass the time when i saw both Raptor and Regor all by themselves with their whole nodes taken over by the opposite faction. I found it kinda funny yet kinda sad. Then a thought tickled my brain. What if when one faction takes over most of a planet, the boss and the desp changes to that faction. The drops for the boss would also change (although it's a very sketchy idea), to allow more warframe drops. Just someone i thought up if someone else hhas already posted this do tell.
