It has come to my attention that we have weapons that do all of the base elements naturally, except freeze damage. i think it's about time we get one! i was thinking of a semi auto rifle that shoots icicles. however since it shoots icicles it shatters ice within the gun making this gun have a natural multishot to it. this gun also has a very high status chance, somewhere around 30-40%. it would look something like the acrid combined with the grinlock. 00zau Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 What I was thinking of for a cold damage primary was basically a continuous version of the Stug. It continuously fires an arcing stream of cryo-gel or something, which sticks to surfaces and enemies it hits, giving automatic slow procs to any enemy effected. So for example you could drop some gel across a doorway to slow enemies coming through it (maybe setting them up for someone else using the Torid), or stick some on an enemy to keep them slowed while you figure out how to deal with them.
