What Should I Do? (Progression To Higher Difficulty Planets)

Right, im playing a loki warframe level 30 + supercharged, however like many others here i have no shield/armour mods. So should i attempt the higher difficulty planets?? or will i be a burden to the teams?

If so, is there a method where i can efficently farm for shield mods?

Sorry for the numerous question just unsure what to do next but thanks for reading and helping me out if you can :)

loki is always fun to play and for example in an grineer base with many enemies, your 4th might save some butts ^^

No frame is useless in higher levels =) Teamwork leads to victory =)

oh nono i agree i love loki, the crits in maxed invisibilty is lovely :D. Just would be nice to find some shield mods, shall i just keep searching on mercury, venus, earth and saturn?
