Volt_Cruelerz
Is there any way to get leeches off your own sentinel? I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked. Surely there ought to be a way to get rid of them...
Tsukinoki
Sadly the only way to remove leeches it to do a roll and since sentinals cant do rolls.... Dev's should either make them have a maximum time limit or just unable to affect sentinals.
Volt_Cruelerz
You're wrong twice. Performing a melee attack will kill them and they do have a maximum lifespan.
Tsukinoki
I was unaware of the maximum life-span as I have always rolled them off of me before they expired and from the maps I have run they are fairly rare spawns for me. Second, I mostly play solo and when I do play groups I have never seen anyone melee them off.
Volt_Cruelerz
No, I mean merely performing a melee strike clears all of them from you.
Tsukinoki
I'll keep that in mind, I just always did a dodge roll.
CubedOobleck
There is no way of getting the leeches off your sentinel because the sentines can't melee. They go away eventually, though I'm not sure if it's a time limit or when the shield is empty. I wish the ospreys couldn't target the sentines or they could make it like those grineer sticky red granades where you can roll to get them off and the sentinel could roll or spin or something to imitate you getting the leeches off of them as well (having to melee with a heavy melee weapon to get those leeches off your self is also a pain since the animation is so long).
