Player Selection Is Inverted

A minor bug/gripe but I would like this option to not be inverted. Especially when I'm trying to mute a very loud and obnoxious player.

For reference, how do you mute a single player?  I'm a 360 convert and have been unable to find the command to do so.  Any help would be appreciated since there seem to be quite a lot of players that do not understand that a mic allows others to hear any noise in your environment.

 

Also, the online status is inverted as well.

We definitely need an option to mute those loud players while in game as it ruins the whole gaming experience. Basically if a players isn't talking about game related things I don't need to hear background noise.

I can handle the people that just sit and talk about anything and everything except for the game. The ones I simply cannot stand are the ones that will have their music blaring through the mic, would be so happy to mute those people.
