Alternatively, fight near a pillar. The shockwave will only actually hit you if there is a direct line of sight from it's starting point till the point where you currently stand. The pillar tecnicly blocks the shockwave, easier than jumping. Just in and out of cover.

How to beat hyena, stand near door way, when missiles are launched walk backwards. Continue shooting as normal, maybe have one person meleeing.

How to beat the hyena. Get AFuris ranked up to at least level 20, catalyst and decent (not overly high, just decent) mods in it. You will solo it easly, so long as you have a little bit of survivabillity in the warframe you won't even need to use any powers at all.

You can just pillar hump hyena to death. Simply shoot his exposed side as you go around a pillar/box. The missiles will hit the box/pillar, he won't have LOS for shockwave, and he won't hit you with guns. Same goes for Jackal. Have to be pretty used to run and gun with accuracy though.
