CHIRONE
Was playing volt in a T3 survival, and noticed enemies in the "water" or liquid substance, and was thinking why electricity did not make the whole body of "water" electrically live, so thought about Ember's flame accelerant for extra damage, was thinking about making "water" Less cosmetic and make it where you hit it with electricity and it goes electrically live, From the image that DE Rebecca showed during dev stream and exposing the new frame, looked like a ability is a water wave, couldn't we put that "water" be able to be electrically live and do bonus damage almost like the tornados from zeph,
(PSN)natek_morzy
Using the environment to our advantage would be really useful and dangerous. I've thought of this for Frost on an ice level to make up the weakness that is his ice abilities.
