Pickpocketing skill requires one stealth two close distance and three the time and patience no one has in this game nor would anyone spend energy on a skill that gives your dead drops before they are dead when they are going to die anyways

 

1) Stealth is obviously needed because this is a stealth-based Warframe... why else would I choose a stealth power?

2) Close distance isn't needed, and to pick up the drops you get close enough to stealth kill - thus, you get a reward for using the skill, getting close and another reward for killing them.

3) Like Nekros, it would give additional drops with a higher chance for rare items. Did you not read my post clearly...?
