Bug: Energy Channel "toggle", Lotus Prosecutor Texts

DE, you forgot to have some code to check for button activating the channel if using a scanner. If this done:

1.hold F to put melees on

2.activate and hold your energy channel button

3.hotkey on the scanner

4.let go of the energy channel button

5.hotkey the scanner off

6.DO NOT click your channel button, else it behaves like normal/expected

 

then the channel is always/"toggled" on.

 

Also, the lotus's prosecutor lines are hijack lines instead.
